Surcharge policy
Fragile Parcel fee: $1.00 — applies to Rigid Document Envelope, Boxed, and Poly/Bubble Mailer parcels marked fragile. Waivable if you confirm the parcel's outer packaging is sufficient for normal handling.
SIOC / NOP handling fee: $15.00 — applies to any parcel shipped in its own container or with no outer packaging, to accommodate the extra precaution required in transit. Waivable if you confirm the parcel needs no more care than a standard non-fragile package (waiving this fee also means we're not liable for minor damage from reasonable handling).
Every quote also reflects the parcel's actual and dimensional weight, any applicable delivery-zone modifier, and your selected delivery tier.
